This report evaluates the effects of International Fellowship Programs (IFP) provided to outstanding individuals for post graduate study from communities and social groups from IFP Countries that traditionally lack access to higher education, and to enable them become social change leaders in their fields. The report analyses the support provided to these individuals during their study program, as well as their careers and professional pathways after the fellowships. The findings show that majority of the Alumni completed their studies and moved on to successful professional careers, utilising the skills and knowledge gained from the fellowship. hey also evaluate their professional/ voluntary work as having impact on social justice. Consistently, Alumni indicated a high regard for the IFP fellowship and outcomes, findings these contributory to their professional and voluntary activities. They also report having more authority and responsibility than they had before the fellowship.
